Minus World on Live Underground

Minus World, a 2 piece dance rock band inspired by Nintendo. A drummer to keep the beat then keyboards & various Nintendo games sampled into the music via a portable gaming console. Add in lots of loop & effect pedals and you've got one hell of a live act. They were interviewed on Live Underground tonight.

It's Apple Blossom Time In The Homeland

I'm from the Annapolis Valley, and this weekend in the homeland it's the Apple Blossom Festival. There's parades, princesses, a Queen, fairs..... oh yes and LOTS OF PARTYING!!!! We're known to enjoy a beverage or a dozen, who's counting? So to my Valley friends who are going up I say have a good time, you just may see me around on Saturday. And when people ask you if you should be doing that crazy thing you're about to do just remember "F#@K IT! It's Apple Blossom!"

FYI, this is your mandatory dress code if you're heading to the Valley at any point this weekend.
If I can think enough to, I'll be tweeting about about the events I'm at on Saturday, feel free to follow http://twitter.com/neiltherockstar

I was Interviewed?

Yep, it happened. Bev Keddy over at Bev Boy's Blog interviewed me about... well me and my time in radio thus far. Very cool guy, and loves listening to radio. We talked about where I've been, how I got my start, the people I know, how I like things here in Halifax and a variety of other topics. He also asked me about Cub & Floyd and what I thought of them, that's worth reading for sure! I don't often talk about myself, but apparently when I do I like to talk lots haha. Enjoy the interview!
